1. Repackage the items (in resaleable condition) and send them back to us within 7 days of receiving order.  If the items are not in resaleable condition, a refund cannot be made.  If upon receipt the items are damaged in shipping, please contact us by phone (605-594-3070) or e-mail (sales@rainbow-delight.com) within 48 hours of receiving package to inform us of the damage. 
2. Enclose your receipt within the package.
3. Insure the items for their value.

Upon our receipt of the returned items, we will issue you a credit for the cost of the items, including sales tax, minus shipping and handling fees to your credit card.  If you ordered by money order, you will receive reimbursement by check.
