How do you ship items?
- Items ordered from Rainbow-Delight are shipped via USPS
Do you ship over the weekend?
- No. Items ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following Monday
How long does it take you to ship items?
- Items ordered Monday through Friday are normally shipped within 24 hours depending on availability. Specialty items may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Can I track my order once its been shipped?
- Yes. A tracking number will be provided. You can track your package via the USPS Track & Confirm page.
Do you accept returns?
- If you are dissatisfied with an item you may repackage the item and return to us within 7 days of purchase. Please visit the Returns and Exchanges page.
